Based
on the 1984 hit movie, this is the story of a boy who was raised
in Chicago who moved to a small town in rural America, where the
local government banned dancing and rock music. The ‘city boy’
and his new found classmates shake up the town and find a way to
get around the law. A talented and energetic fresh cast will give
the audience no option but to let loose and enjoy this high energy
musical. The ensemble will astound you with the physically demanding
choreography: and they will deliver all the songs you expect and
love to hear – “Let's Hear It for the Boys,” “Almost Paradise ,”
“The Girl Gets Around,” and of course, “Footloose.”
