Skills Training

Every Sunday April 15th – May 20th

(Boys & Girls)

6 weeks + Basketball Shoes and T-Shirt - $150

$25 non-resident fee will apply

Rookies – (4th – 6th Grade) - 5pm

Stars – (7th - 8th Grade) - 6pm

Juniors (Bar Code: 54354)

4:00pm – 4:55pm (2nd & 3rd Grade) - Learn the fundamentals in a fun and exciting way

•  Learn Basketball terms and markings on the court

•  Ball Handling – develop eye-hand coordination

•  Dribbling – establish two dominant hands, fundamental rules

•  Footwork – Pivot with both feet, square up, ball fake, triple threat

•  Provides training that goes beyond local recreation leagues

Rookies (Bar Code: 54355)

5:00pm – 5:55pm (4th – 6th Grade) – Strengthen your fundamentals with fun and challenging drills

•  Ball Handling –eye-hand coordination, hand quickness, etc.

•  Dribbling – develop two dominant hands with movement drills

•  Footwork – Leg strength introduction, create spacing, drill work

•  For those desiring to improve their skills for Junior High

Stars (Bar Code: 54356)

6:00pm – 6:55pm (7th & 8th Grade) – Beginning to Advanced Fundamental Drills

•  Ball Handling – challenging and advanced drills

•  Dribbling – Effective moves and 2 ball movement drills

•  Footwork – advanced drills create space and effectiveness

•  Strength and Conditioning – plyometric, lunges, cutting edge drills

•  Improving skills to get to the next level. High School Prep

“Providing Quality Programs to the Community”

Facility Description:  Two full size basketball courts , Multi-purpose Room, Caterer's Kitchen, In – ground Volleyball System, Vending Machine, Handicapped Accessible, Tables and Chairs, Assorted Athletic Equipment, Ice Machine, Public Address System, TV/VCR with stand.

Gym Times

Open gym is available

Mondays and Wednesdays 5:00pm - 6:30pm

and Saturdays 1:00pm - 3:00pm.

The gym is open for pick up games and basketball shooting.  Basketballs are not provided.  Organized practices or coaching are not allowed during this time.
