Cobb County Parks, Recreation, Cultural Affairs Department

Softball - Adult

Cobb's adult softball program is offered in the spring/summer and fall seasons. We provide several league classes which include, but are not limited to: Men's, Women's, Church, Coed and Modified/Fast-Pitch leagues.

The park and league you chose to participate in will determine the night your team will be scheduled to play. The spring/summer season consists of 14 games and will be played in 2 halves. Your team will be scheduled to play 7 games in the first half and 7 games in the second half, with the possibility of a play-off game at the end of the season. Registration for the spring/summer season is in February and league play begins in March. The fall season consists of 7 games. Registration for the fall season is in July and league play begins in August.

Early Registration Options (For returning teams only)
On-line Registration
• On-line registration opens the week of February 2 -16
• Must be a returning team from the SPRING 2008 leagues (FALL teams are not considered returning)
• Must be registering for the same park and league. Transferring teams must come in to register
• Must pay by either Visa or MasterCard. Those wishing to pay by check must come in to register
Please contact your league coordinator to get your required PIN # and Log-in ID.

Mail-in Registration
• Only teams that played in the SPRING 2008 leagues are considered returning teams
• Must be registering for the same park and league (Transferring teams must come in to register)

• All mailed entries must be received by February 16, 2009
